A new space to support those who work with us and those who are thinking of starting to do so.

For a long time, in our industry, relationships have been based on personal relationships between stakeholders. Relationships built over time thanks to knowledge that was passed down almost naturally, skills that remained in the company because people stayed.

Today this balance is no longer a given because everything runs faster. roles change often and knowledge does not always remain within organizations. The value of personal relationships remains central to the way we work, but on its own it is no longer sufficient to ensure continuity over time. It must be the company that becomes the point of reference using a recognizable voice and a shared wealth of knowledge.

The magazine Cavenaghi&Ridolfi was born as a concrete response to a different way of communicating, in which identity, method and skills become a stable reference.

To give solutions, not just information

Communicating, for us, does not simply mean saying something more. It means putting people in a position to work better.

Within the company, clear and shared information reduces ambiguity, increases efficiency, and ensures continuity over time. The same thing happens externally: more and more often customers know they have a need, but struggle to translate it into a precise request.

For this they need guidance, context, choice criteria. The magazine was born from here too, not as a self-referential showcase, but as a support tool.

Our communication has focused, for years, on a few key moments, such as a meeting, attendance at a fair or a presentation. Today, relationships need greater continuity and dialogue that does not end in a single event.
