Hydraulic presses
C&R hydraulic presses have large versatility and can be used for a wide range of forming application.
They can be used as stand alone or in lines. They can be easily automated with several feeding systems like linear transfer 2, 3 axes, coil feeding lines, anthropomorphic robots.
These presses are normally “tailor made” designed and give to the end user a wide range of modification in order to fit his production requirements.
Hydraulic servo presses
Compared with conventional hydraulic or mechanic presses, hydraulic servo presses provide considerable advantages, eco-friendly technology oriented to reduce the power consumption and the consequent CO2 emission, increased productivity and product quality.
Multipresses
With its Multipresses, C&R has developed a new system which reduces the floor space needed for production lines and holds work pieces at the correct temperature during processing.
Multipresses consist of independent stamping and blankholder units in a single load-bearing structure. This enables the user to set up production units dedicated to the specific manufacturing process, while the fact that stations can be included as needed gives enormous flexibility.
Multipresses are designed to receive lubricating units and automated infeed/outfeed devices selected according to production type. In addition, Multipresses can be equipped with trimming and flanging units and with automated die change and locking systems.
